HOW WE DO IT

Alex Santer’s therapeutic style balances structure and empathy to help clients build the insight, resilience, and connection to overcome life’s challenges.

Her holistic approach begins by listening. That might sound simplistic, but it is an important first step in developing a clear understanding of the unique dynamics of individuals and families. With a clinical focus on improving communication, emotional regulation, and relational stability in high-conflict environments, Alex helps her clients develop the tools to best address the challenges in their lives.
